SPRINGWOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION has been serving the community since November 2002. It was at that time that the first lots were sold in Phase 1.

Association General Meeting,
will be held at Belle Chasse
Auditorium on Wednesday,
February 1, 2012.
- Sign-in at 6:30 p.m.
- Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.
Please make it a point
to attend this meeting where the
budgets and future projects will
be discussed. If you have
any questions about Real
Manage Inc. and what actions
were taken by our HOA ,this year,
this is the time to show
interest.

Election of the board and committee
members will take place at this
meeting. If you are interested in
being a board or committee member,
please attend and nominate
yourself or a friend. A list of
duties for the board and committee
members can be obtained on this
web site. Go to "Board" and
"Committees Members" tabs above.
Many of the duties will be handled
by Real Manage with oversight by
Board and Comittee Members.
